A: You will automatically receive a booking confirmation by email at time of booking. If you have booked through a third party booking site or travel agent and have not received a booking email confirmation please contact our on-site team by phone, email or live chat.

A: If you need to cancel your booking please contact our on-site team by phone, email or live chat. If you booked through a third party booking site or travel agent you will need to contact them in order to cancel your booking.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date, bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival including no shows and early departures.

Q: Do you cater for dietary requests?

A: Our standard check in time is between 2pm and 5pm. We will send you a text message when your suite is ready for your arrival. If you will be arriving before or after our standard check in times please contact our on-site team by phone, email or live chat.
Q: What time is check out?
A: Our standard check out time is between 8am and 10am. Early check out can be arranged with our on-site team when you arrive. If you would like to check out after 10am please speak with our on-site team when you arrive. Please note: late check out is subject to availability.
Q: How do I check in?
A: You will receive a guest registration email at time of booking for you to fill in your details and estimated arrival time. Our on-site team will be waiting for you when you arrive to welcome you in to the property and complete your check in during our standard check in times. If you are arriving outside of standard check in times please advise our on-site team by phone, email or live chat to advise.
Q: What are your reception hours?
A: Our on-site team is available between 8am & 5pm daily and on call outside of these times.
